There has been a White Paper published by the Government for the reform of the Private Rented Sector (The PRS). Whilst the current Section 21 notice will be removed, Landlords will still be able to get their properties back under the new laws using a revamped version of the existing Section 8. There are other updates including notice periods, anti-social behaviour, rent arrears, etc.
