References will be required from your Current Landlord, Previous Landlords, Current Employer and Previous Employers, Character Referee and your Bank or Building Society. Once you have found a suitable property, each adult prospective tenant must then complete a Tenancy Application form and pay a £50 processing fee before the referencing process, which normally takes about a week, can commence.
