REAL ESTATES
The company was established in 1989 by father and son team, Ian and Larry Datson. They were subsequently joined by Alec Massey in 1990 although Larry Datson has now retired for a well earned rest! Although Real Estates started purely selling property, we now specialise in Letting residential property.

OPENING HOURS
We are open from: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm on Saturday. Outside of our normal opening hours, please leave a message on our answer phone or email us using the contact form above.

ALEC MASSEY
Alec has over 30 years experience in residential and commercial agency. As one of the Directors in the company, he deals with the Sales and Rentals as well as being the treasurer for the Cornwall branch of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents). Part time wicket keeper for Camborne Casuals cricket team.

IAN DATSON
One of the founding partners of Real Estates, Ian has been involved in the industry since 1980. He deals with the running of the accounts, computer systems, Sales and Rentals. He is also a member of the NAEA.

JANET SPARGO
Janet provides a friendly, helpful introduction to our company as our Accounts Manager. Janet has worked for us for longer than we can remember and makes sure we are as under control as possible! She deals with enquiries for the Letting and Sales side as well as the accounts, referencing, etc.

RACHEL LEECH
Rachel works alongside Janet as our Admininstration Manager. Her duties include dealing with the enquiries for Sales and Letting as well as referencing, advertising and general administration.

AND THE HARDEST WORKING MEMBER OF STAFF IS…?
Billy the office dog! Working in Redwoof is exceptionally hard work for anyone and for putting up with the rest of us as well, Billy deserves a medal!!!
